摘要
在现有轴承技术中,当低速高温滚动轴承使用高温润滑脂时,润滑脂中的油脂成分容易蒸发,使得残留的固体润滑成分润滑作用减少,且在轴承运转过程中,固体粉末容易被甩出轴承外,导致固体粉末减少,润滑效果变差,难以维持轴承长时间良好润滑。为解决存在的问题,设计了一种耐高温自润滑耐磨低速滚动轴承,实现了高温工况下滚动轴承自润滑效果,且耐疲劳、不沾黏性能好、硬度高,特别适用于高温工况及难添加润滑剂的环境。
In the existing bearing technology,when low speed and high temperature rolling bearings use high temperature grease,the grease composition in the grease is easy to evaporate,making the residual solid lubrication components reduce the lubrication effect,moreover,in the process of bearing operation,the solid powder is easy to be thrown out of the bearing,resulting in the reduction of solid powder and poor lubrication effect,which makes it difficult to maintain good lubrication of the bearing for a long time.In order to solve the existing problems,a kind of high temperature,self-lubrication,wear-resisting and low speed rolling bearing is designed,which realizes the self-lubrication effect of rolling bearing under high temperature working condition,and the bearing has the advantages of fatigue resistance,good viscosity resistance and high hardness,especially suitable for high temperature working condition and the environment where it is difficult to add lubricant.
