摘要
通过检测和分析,确认发电机轴承的失效是典型的以白色组织为特征的早期剥落失效,剥落位置处于滚珠进入外圈沟道固定承载区的入口处,剥落由滚珠滑动和高循环接触应力共同作用引起,并据此给出了应对建议,以延缓轴承早期剥落失效的发生。
Through inspection and analysis,it is confirmed that the failure of the generator bearing is a typical early spalling failure characterized by white structure.The spalling position is at the entrance of the ball into the fixed bearing area of the outer ring raceway.The spalling is caused by the joint action of ball sliding and high cyclic contact stress,and the corresponding suggestions are given accordingly to delay the occurrence of bearing early spalling failure.
