中职文秘“三专”精神的四字诀培育策略

Research on the Four-character Cultivation Strategy of “Three Special Spirit” in Secondary Vocational Schools Secretary Specialty

专业、专研、专情的职业素养是中职文秘顺利就业和职业生涯发展的重要保证。从中职文秘“三专”精神的内涵界定出发,指出当前中职文秘学生在就业环节“三专”精神缺乏问题凸显,并从培育主体中职学校的角度出发,提出以双师型教师队伍为基础、以课程体系为载体、以专业社团为抓手、以校企合作为核心的“优、育、引、推”的四字诀培育策略,以期能切实提高学生的职业素养。

The specialty literacy of special skills,special research and special affection is an important guarantee for the smooth employment and the career development of secretary specialized students.This study starts from the connotation definition of the"Three special spirit"of the secretary major in secondary vocational schools,and points out that the problems of lack of"Three special spirit"of secretarial students in secondary vocational schools is highlighted.From the view of cultivation subject of secondary school,this paper proposes a four-character cultivation strategy of"excellence,education,introduction and promotion",which based on double-professionally-titled teachers,with curriculum system as the carrier,professional organizations as the starting point and school-enterprise cooperation as the core so as to improve the specialty literacy of students.
