氟化工废渣/石粉自流平地坪材料的研究

摘要 以氟化工工业废渣、石粉为主要原材料,掺加适宜激发剂、减水剂、可再分散性乳胶粉,经化学改性制备自流平地坪材料。实验研究了化学激发剂、减水剂、可再分散性乳胶粉对自流平地坪材料凝结时间、流动性、强度的影响,确定了利用氟化工工业废渣和石粉制作自流平地坪材料的工艺参数,为氟化工工业废渣和石粉的高附加值资源化利用开辟了新的途径。 The self-leveling floor material is prepared by chemical modification with fluorine chemical industrialwaste residue and limestone powder as the main raw materials, suitable water reducing agent, activating agent andredispersible latex powder are also added. The effects of activating agent, water reducing agent and redispersiblelatex powder on the setting time, fluidity and strength of self leveling floor material are studied, through the re-search, the technological parameters of self-leveling floor material using fluorine chemical industry waste are de-termined, which opens up a new way for high value-added resource utilization of fluorine chemical industry wasteand limestone powder.
