不同程度根管填充在牙体牙髓病患者无痛治疗中的应用价值

Application Value of Different Degrees of Root Canal Filling in Painless Treatment of Patients with Dental Pulp Disease

目的探讨不同程度的根管填充在牙体牙髓病患者无痛治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月南通市口腔医院收治的86例牙体牙髓病患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组43例。实验组患者进行适量根管填充,对照组患者进行超量根管填充,在全部手术操作完成后,两组患者均接受常规口腔护理,以防止手术发生感染。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后15、30和90 d的视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及两组患者治疗期间的并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均有所降低,且实验组患者降低的程度更加显著(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症的发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(6.99%vs.27.91%,P<0.05)。结论牙体牙髓病患者接受根管治疗的效果显著,且适量填充优于超量填充,可以显著减患者的疼痛,安全性高。

Objective To explore the application value of different degrees of root canal filling in painless treatment of patients with dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 86 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to the Nantong Stomatological Hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected and were randomLy divided into control group(43 cases)and the experimental group(43 cases).The experimental group was treated with a moderate amount of root canal filling and the control group was treated with excessive amount of root canal filling.After the completion of full operation,patients in the two groups were accepted routine oral care to prevent infection after surgery.Visual Analogue Scoring(VAS)before treatment and 15,30 and 90 d after treatment were compared between the two groups.The complications during treatment were also compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS scores of patients in both groups were decreased,and the degree of reduction was more significant in the experimental group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(6.99%vs.27.91%,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of root canal filling treatment for patients with dental pulp disease is significant,and appropriate filling is better than excessive filling,which can significantly reduce the pain of patients with a high safety.
