老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折采用保守治疗和手术治疗的效果比较

A Comparative Study of Conservative Treatment and Surgical Treatment for Senile Osteoporotic Spinal Fracture

目的比较老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折采用保守治疗和手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取泗阳康达医院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的65例老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象,根据患者治疗方式分为A组(30例)和B组(35例)。A组实施保守治疗,B组实施经皮椎体后凸成形术。比较两组患者的疼痛评分、脊柱功能评分及伤椎高度。结果治疗后1、3、6个月,B组的疼痛评分均较A组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,B组的脊柱功能评分显著低于A组(P<0.05),其伤椎前缘高度、伤椎后缘高度均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论相比于保守治疗,手术治疗可有效地减轻老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者的疼痛感,恢复伤椎高度,改善脊柱功能。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of conservative treatment and surgical treatment for senile osteoporotic spinal fracture.Methods Sixty-five elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected for retrospectively study.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into group A(30 cases)and group B(35 cases),conservative treatment was performed in group A,and percutaneous kyphoplasty was performed in group B.Pain score,spinal function score and injured vertebral height were compared between the two groups.Results At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the pain score of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).At 6 months after treatment,the scores of spinal function in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05),and the height of injured vertebral front and the height of injured vertebral posterior edge were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conservative treatment,surgical treatment can effectively relieve the pain of elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fracture,restore the height of injured vertebra and improve spinal function.
