杞菊地黄汤治疗高血压的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Qiju Dihuang Decoction in Treatment of Hypertension

目的研究杞菊地黄汤治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月滕州市妇幼保健院高血压患者80例作为研究对象,以信封法分为两组。对照组40例予以常规降压药物治疗,观察组40例在对照组的基础上予以杞菊地黄汤治疗,比较两组降压效果。结果与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后收缩压及舒张压明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组(90.0%vs.75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杞菊地黄汤治疗高血压效果显著,值得临床进一步研究以及应用推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Qiju Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Eighty patients with hypertension admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomised into 2 groups according to the envelope method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs,while the observation group(40 cases)was treated with Qiju Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The antihypertensive effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the two group was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.0%vs.75.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Qiju Dihuang Decoction was effective in the treatment of hypertension,which is worthy of further clinical research and application.
