参附益心汤加味治疗慢性顽固性心力衰竭临床效果评价

Clinical Effect Evaluation of Shenfu Yixin Decoction on Chronic Refractory Heart Failure

目的探究慢性顽固性心力衰竭患者接受参附益心汤加味治疗的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月北京市怀柔区中医医院收治的100例慢性顽固性心力衰竭患者以双盲法进行随机分组,对照组常规西药治疗,实验组同时实施参附益心汤加味治疗,分析两组慢性顽固性心力衰竭患者治疗的结果。结果实验组治疗总有效率96.00%与对照组的78.00%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性顽固性心力衰竭患者接受参附益心汤加味治疗,可较好促进其心功能的改善,获得较好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of Shenfu Yixin Decoction on patients with chronic refractory heart failure.Methods One hundred patients with chronic refractory heart failure admitted to Huairou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with modified Shenfu Yixin Decoction.The treatment results of two groups of patients with chronic refractory heart failure were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%compared with 78.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with chronic refractory heart failure with Shenfu Yixin Decoction can better promote the improvement of their cardiac function and obtain better results.
