替硝唑局部用药治疗牙周炎的临床疗效及安全性评价

Clinical Effect and Safety of Local Application of Tinidazole in Treatment of Periodontitis

目的评价替硝唑局部用药在牙周炎治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年2月辛集市第一医院接受治疗的200例牙周炎患者,以双盲法分为对照组100例(替硝唑口服治疗)、观察组100例(替硝唑局部用药)。对比龈沟液炎性因子、牙周指标、治疗效果、不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组患者[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平以及牙龈附着水平、牙龈出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋探诊深度均低于对照组;总有效率高于对照组(98.00%vs.84.00%),不良反应发生率低于对照组(6.00%vs.20.00%,P<0.05)]。结论:牙周炎采用替硝唑局部用药的方法效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of local application of tinidazole in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods Two hundred patients with periodontitis treated in the hospital on June 2017 to February 2019 were divided into control group(100 cases,tinidazole oral treatment)and observation group(100 cases,tinidazole local medication)by a double blind method.The levels of gingival groove inflammatory factors,periodontal index,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-6and hs-CRP as well as gum adhesion level,gingival hemorrhage index,plaque index,periodontal pouch diagnostic depth were all significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)..The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(98.00%vs.84.00%,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(6.00%vs.20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The local application of tinidazole in periodontitis was effective and safe.
