摘要
目的观察左旋肉碱复合营养素治疗少弱精子症患者的临床效果。方法随机抽取80例少弱精子症患者,随机平均分为对照组与观察组,分别服用枸橼酸他莫昔芬和左旋肉碱复合营养素治疗3个月。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组体外受精/卵细胞胞质内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI—ET)结局、精液质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左旋肉碱复合营养素治疗少弱精子症效果优于枸橼酸他莫昔芬。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of L-carnitine compound nutrient in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia.Methods Eighty patients with oligoasthenospermia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,taking L-carnitine compound nutrient and tamoxifen citrate,respecitively.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The outcome of IVF/ICSI-ET in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of L-carnitine compound nutrient for oligoasthenospermia is better than tamoxifen citrate.
