强直性脊柱炎人工全髋关节置换术的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Total Hip Arthroplasty for Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的分析强直性脊柱炎人工全髋关节置换术的护理体会。方法选取滨州市第二人民医院(沾化区人民医院)就诊患有强直性的脊柱炎疾病,且需接受人工式全髋关节的置换术临床治疗的20例患者作为本次临床研究对象,采用个案护理临床研究形式,对20例患者分别实施临床干预护理服务路径和基础护理服务路径。分析两种护理效果。结果与常规护理相比,接受干预护理的患者髋关节的功能恢复指标评分,焦虑情绪指标评分,护理服务满意度指标评分均显示出优势。结论对于患有强直性的脊柱炎患者,在接受人工式全髋关节的置换术临床治疗期间,实施临床干预护理服务路径,能改善患者各项临床指标及焦虑情绪,护理服务的满意度相对较高,有助于患者早日疾病转归。

Objective To analyze the nursing experience of total hip replacement in ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Twenty patients with ankylosing spondylitis in the Second People's Hospital of Binzhou City(Zhanhua District People's Hospital)and requiring clinical treatment of artificial total hip arthroplasty were selected as the subjects of this clinical study.20 patients were treated with clinical intervention nursing service pathway and basic nursing service route respectively.The effects of two kinds of nursing were analyzed.Results Compared with the routine group,the patients in the intervention group scored the hip function recovery index,the anxiety index and the nursing service satisfaction index.Scores,slightly occupied a certain clinical advantage,there is statistical difference between the data between groups.Conclusion For patients with ankylosing spondylitis,the clinical intervention nursing service path during the clinical treatment of artificial total hip replacement can improve the clinical indexes and anxiety of the patients.The satisfactory degree of nursing service is relatively high,which is helpful to the early outcome of the disease.
