摘要
目的分析广东土牛膝石油醚提取物的化学成分,为其质量评价提供依据。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法建立10批广东土牛膝石油醚提取物的指纹图谱,对其中的化学成分进行分析鉴定,确定10批样品的共有成分,用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。以平均相对百分含量大于1%的共有成分为指标进行聚类分析。结果共鉴定31个化学成分,10批样品有35个共有成分。共有成分的平均相对含量合计为90.458%,已鉴定的共有成分平均相对含量合计为86.228%,含量最高的是Liguhodgsonal,为59.228%。聚类分析结果将10批药材分为4小类,各包含的样品数为5、3、1、1;各类样品共有成分平均相对含量合计(及主成分Liguhodgsonal含量)分别为97.191%(67.613%)、89.076%(50.756%)、60.947%(42.712%)、89.556%(34.118%)。结论广东土牛膝石油醚提取物的主要成分是Liguhodgsonal。
OBJECTIVE To Analyze the chemical constituents of petroleum ether extract from Guangdong tuniuxi.METHODS The fingerprint chromatography of 10 batchs of petroleum ether extract of Eupatorium Chinese was established by GC-MS chromatography,The chemical composition was analyzed and identified,the relative content of various substances was calculate by peak area normalization method.Cluster analysis was performed with the average relative content of more than 1%.RESULTS A total of 31 chemical constituents were identified,and 35 kinds of common ingredients in the 10 batches of samples were identified.The 10 batches of medicinal materials were divided into 4 groups,with number of samples included is 5,3,3,1,respectively.The average relative content of total components Liguhodgsonal of all kinds of samples was 97.191%(67.613%),89.076%(50.756%),60.947%(42.712%),89.556%(34.118%),respectively.CONCLUSION The main constituents of Eupatorium Chinese petroleum ether extract is Liguhodgsonal.
