两种除湿溶液电导率特性及其对系统性能影响 被引量:1

The Electrical Conductivity Characteristic of Two Liquid Desiccants and Its Impact on the System Performance

摘要 溶液除湿空调是一种具有较大节能潜力的新型空调系统。对于除湿溶液,电渗析技术是一种环保、再生效率高的再生方法。对两种常用除湿溶液(LiCl溶液和LiBr溶液)的电导率进行了测量,对使用两种除湿溶液时基于电渗析再生的溶液除湿空调的性能进行了对比研究。研究结果表明,当溶液温度为25℃时,两种除湿溶液电导率随浓度的增加均呈现出先增加后减小的趋势。当LiCl溶液和LiBr溶液浓度分别为35%~40%和40%~52.5%时,LiCl溶液的除湿性能优于LiBr溶液。当LiCl溶液和LiBr溶液浓度分别为32.5%~40%和40%~52.5%时,系统再生LiCl溶液需要消耗更多的电能。当系统所需LiBr溶液浓度为40%~45%时,系统若采用LiCl溶液则具有更高的性能系数;而当系统所需LiBr溶液浓度为45%~52.5%时,系统采用LiBr溶液比采用LiCl溶液具有更高的性能系数。 The liquid desiccant air-conditioning system is a novel air conditioner with good saving potential,which can acquire independent humidity control for the air.For the regeneration progress of the liquid desiccant,the electrodialysis regeneration method should be an environmental and efficient method for the liquid desiccant air-conditioning system.In this paper,systematic experiments were carried out to investigate the electrical conductivity of two normal liquid desiccant solutions(LiCl solution and LiBr solution) and the comparative analysis of the liquid desiccant air-conditioning system COP was carried out on the basis of the experimental data.When the solution temperature is 25℃,the electrical conductivity of the two liquid desiccant with different mass concentrations increases firstly and reduces later with the increase of the solution temperature.With the same liquid desiccant mass flow rate,the dehumidification performance of the LiCl solution is better than that of the LiBr solution when the mass concentration of the LiCl solution and the LiBr solution is respectively in the range of 35%~40% and 40%~52.5%.When the mass concentration of the LiCl solution and the LiBr solution is respectively in the range of 32.5%~40% and 40%~52.5%,the liquid desiccant air-conditioning system using LiCl solution needs more energy to regenerate the desiccant solution.For the concentration of LiBr solution needed in the system is in the range of 40%~45%,LiCl solution is more suitable for the system as the higher COP,but when the concentration is in the range of 45%~52.5%,LiBr solution is more suitable as the higher system CO[P.
