视网膜静脉阻塞患眼的光学相干断层扫描血管成像影像学特征 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)患眼的光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)影像学特征。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月医院收治的RVO患者150例(162只眼),均予以OCTA检查,分析患眼的影像学特征。结果OCTA检查发现,162只眼中,114只眼(70.37%)存在黄斑区拱环改变,53只眼(32.72%)存在黄斑水肿,59只眼(36.42%)存在视盘水肿,65只眼(40.12%)无灌注区。结论RVO患者开展OCTA检查,能详细、明确地展现患眼病变情况,利于后续临床明确诊断。
