中医经络推拿结合康复治疗在卒中患者康复中的应用

Application of TCM Meridian Massage and Rehabilitation Training in Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients

目的观察分析中医经络推拿结合康复治疗在卒中患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年3月广西壮族自治区人民医院星湖门诊进行治疗的卒中患者74例,将患者采用随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,每组37例。常规组行一般康复治疗,研究组在此基础上进行中医经络推拿治疗,比较两组患者的运动功能及神经功能恢复情况。结果治疗前,两组患者运动及神经功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组运动功能评分高于常规组,神经功能评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对卒中患者进行康复治疗和中医经络推拿的结合治疗,可显著提高患者的运动功能,缓解神经功能损伤,促进预后恢复。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of TCM meridian massage combined with rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods A total of 74 stroke patients were treated in the Xinghu clinic of the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2016 to March 2019.The patients were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group,with 37 cases in each group.The general group performed general rehabilitation training.On the basis of this,the research group conducted traditional Chinese medicine meridian massage treatment,and compared the motor function and neurological recovery of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in exercise and neurological function between the two groups before training(P>0.05).After training,the motor function score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the neurological function score was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of rehabilitation training for stroke patients and traditional Chinese medicine meridian massage can significantly improve the motor function,relieve nerve function damage and promote prognosis.
