摘要
目的探讨聚合酶链式反应(PCR)结核分枝杆菌DNA检测与常规痰涂片找结核菌的比较。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月德州市第二人民医院收治的102例疑似肺结核患者,采集痰液标本,采用常规痰涂片检测和PCR结核分枝杆菌DNA检测,比较痰液涂片检测结果及涂片阳性组与涂片阴性结核分枝杆菌DNA检测结果。结果涂片阳性结核分枝杆菌DNA阳性94.29%,结核菌培养阳性91.43%;涂片阴性结核分枝杆菌DNA阳性50.88%,结核菌培养阳性19.30%,与涂片阴性组差异显著,P<0.05。结论PCR结核分枝杆菌DNA检测与常规涂片对结核菌检测均有一定临床价值,但常规涂片检测阳性率低,PCR结核分枝杆菌DNA检测医疗费用低,对初期诊断与预防有一定临床价值,为医师提供依据,从而对结核病及时做好预防与诊断工作,进一步控制疾病的发展与扩散,有助于减少结核病的发生率。
Objective To investigate the comparison between DNA detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and conventional sputum smear for tuberculosis.Methods 102 patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Dezhou City from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled.The sputum samples were collected and the sputum smear was detected by routine sputum smear test and PCR for Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA.The test results and the smear-positive group and the smear-negative tuberculosis DNA test results.Results The positive smear positive tuberculosis DNA was 94.29%,the tuberculosis culture was positive 91.43%;the smear negative tuberculosis stage DNA was 50.88%,and the tuberculosis culture was 19.30%,which was significantly different from the smear negative group,P<0.05.Conclusion PCR detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and conventional smear have certain clinical value for the detection of tuberculosis,but the positive rate of conventional smear detection is low,and the medical cost of DNA detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is low,which has certain clinical value for initial diagnosis and prevention.Providing evidence for physicians to prevent and diagnose tuberculosis in a timely manner,further control the development and spread of disease,and help reduce the incidence of tuberculosis.
