摘要
慢性乙型肝炎是由于感染乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)引起的,乙型肝炎患者和HBV携带者是本病的主要传染源,HBV可通过母婴、血和血液制品、破损的皮肤黏膜及性接触传播。本研究对慢性乙型肝炎最新治疗进展进行综述,为临床诊治本病提供参考。
Chronic hepatitis B is caused by infection with hepatitis B virus(HBV).Hepatitis B patients and HBV carriers are the main source of infection.HBV can be transmitted through mother-to-child,blood and blood products,damaged skin and mucosa and sexual contact.This study reviews the latest progress in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and provides reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
