微创关节镜手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Minimally Invasive Arthroscopic Surgery for Knee Meniscusinjury

目的研究膝关节半月板损伤患者采取微创关节镜手术治疗的作用,观察分析其治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年3月城固县第二人民医院收治的72例膝关节半月板损伤患者,通过随机的方式将研究患者分为两组,每组36例。研究期间对两组患者提供不同的治疗工作,最后对微创关节镜手术治疗效果以及常规治疗效果进行对比与分析。结果研究组患者在通过微创关节镜手术后,其出现深静脉血栓的情况少于对照组,并且手术时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗效果为(83.33%),对照组患者的治疗效果为(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对两组膝关节半月板损伤患者采用不同的治疗模式,最终发现,研究组的微创关节镜手术治疗能够为患者起到极为显著的治疗效果,同时能够将术中出血量减少、并且缩小创伤面,同时能够防治患者并发深静脉血栓的问题,加速患者的康复,提升患者的生活质量与满意度。

Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery on patients with meniscus injury and to observe and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment.Methods 72 patients with knee meniscus injury were selected from our hospital.The time of study was from May 2018 to March 2019,and the patients were divided into two groups,36 in each group.The results of minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery and conventional treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The therapeutic effect was 83.33% in the study group and 33.33% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By using different treatment modes in two groups of patients with knee meniscus injury,it was found that minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery in the research group could have significant therapeutic effect on patients,and reduce bleeding and reduce injury.At the same time,it can prevent and treat patients with deep venous thrombosis,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.It should be vigorously promoted and used.
