肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床分析及手术技巧

Clinical Analysis and Surgical Technique of Proximal Humerus Locking Plate in the Treatment of Proximal Humeral Fractures

目的探究将肱骨近端锁定接骨板应用于治疗肱骨近端骨折患者的临床疗效,并分析其手术技巧。方法选取红河州第二人民医院2015年9月至2018年10月收治的所有肱骨近端骨折39例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均选用肱骨近端锁定接骨板进行治疗,对所有患者在治疗完成后进行为期6个月的随访调查记录,所有患者的恢复结果评价骨骼治愈优良率。结果所有骨折患者在治疗完成后均达到骨性愈合结局,其平均愈合时间为(9.6±1.3)周,同时所有患者中其治疗优良率可达82.05%(32/39)。结论在对肱骨近端骨折患者进行治疗时,应用肱骨近端锁定接骨板进行治疗,能够有效保证患者的固定状况,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of proximal humeral locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures,and to analyze its surgical techniques.Methods 39 patients with proximal humeral fractures who were collected from September 2015 to October 2018 in our hospital database were selected as the subjects of this experiment.All patients were treated with proximal humeral locking plate.All patients were followed up for 6 months after the treatment was completed.All patients were treated with proximal humeral locking plate.Rehabilitation results were used to evaluate the excellent and good rate of bone healing.Result The experimental results showed that all fracture patients achieved bone healing after treatment,and the average healing time was(9.6±1.3)weeks,and the excellent and good rate of treatment was 82.05%(32/39).Conclusion In the treatment of proximal humerus fracture,proximal humerus locking plate can effectively ensure the fixed condition of patients,and it is worth popularizing.
