全程超导可视在人流中的应用

摘要 目的分析全程超导可视技术在人流中的应用方法及效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年3月安顺市妇幼保健院收治的需要进行人工流产的妇科门诊妊娠妇女,抽取100例作为观察对象,根据妇女选用的人工流产方式,设置超导组和普通组,其中,超导组采用全程超导可视人流技术,普通组采用常规人流技术,比较两种方式下并发症发生率、两组的生活质量评分以及有关指标评分。结果超导组并发症发生率(8.0%)低于普通组(28.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组的三项有关指标评分,超导组均优于普通组(P<0.05)。超导组的生活质量评分高于普通组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行人流妇女使用全程超导可视技术,可缩短手术操作时间、术后出血时间,减少术中出血量和术后并发症,与普通人流方式比较,使用安全性更高。 Objective To analyze the application method and effect of the whole process of superconducting visual technology in human flow.Methods From May 2018 to March 2019,the Anshun Maternal and Child Health Hospital admitted to the gynaecological outpatient pregnant women who needed abortion.100 cases were selected as observation objects.According to the abortion method selected by women,the superconducting group and the general group were set up.Among them,the superconducting group adopts the whole-course superconducting visual flow technique,and the general group adopts the conventional abortion technique to compare the incidence of complications in the two modes,the quality of life scores of the two groups,and the relevant index scores.Results The incidence of complications in the superconducting group(8.0%)was lower than that in the normal group(28.0%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the three related indicators in the two groups were compared,and the superconducting group was superior to the normal group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the superconducting group was higher than that of the normal group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of full-course superconducting visualization technology for abortion women can shorten the operation time,postoperative bleeding time,reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications,and it is safer to use than ordinary people.
