苏黄止咳汤加减联合孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果

Effect of Suhuang Zhike Decoction Combined with Montelukast in Treating Cough Variant Asthma

目的探讨苏黄止咳汤加减联合孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效。方法选取云南省安宁市人民医院2017年8月至2018年3月收治的88例疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法将患者分成研究组和普通组,其中普通组使用孟鲁司特治疗,研究组联合苏黄止咳汤加减治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者总有效率高于普通组,各项症候积分低于普通组,不良反应发生率低于普通组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳汤加减联合孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,可以改善患者临床症状,且并发症较少,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Suhuang Zhike Decoction combined with montelukast in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods Eighty-eight patients with cough and paralytic asthma who were admitted to Anning People's Hospital of Anning City,Yunnan Province from August 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group and general group by random grouping method.Si Te treatment,the study group combined with Su Huang Zhike Decoction treatment,comparing the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the normal group.The scores of the syndromes were lower than the normal group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the normal group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Suhuang Zhike Decoction combined with montelukast is effective in the treatment of cough variant asthma,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with less complications and high safety.
