中西医结合治疗耐多药肺结核的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Multidrug-resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察中西医结合法治疗耐多药肺结核的效果。方法选取84例耐多药肺结核的患者,随机分为两组,每组42例。对照组采用西医常规疗法,治疗组在西医常规疗法的基础上添加中医疗法,两组均进行3个月的持续治疗后比较治疗有效率。结果治疗组总有效率91.94%,显著高于对照组的72.83%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医疗法结合治疗耐多药肺结核效果优于西医常规治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on multidrugresistant tuberculosis.Methods Eighty-six patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups,42 in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The treatment group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional Western medicine.Both groups were treated with continuous treatment for 3 months.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.94%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.83%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medical treatment is more effective than traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
