恩替卡韦联合保肝中药辨证疗法对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的研究

Study on Entecavir Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Protecting the Liver in the Treatment of Chronic Viral Hepatitis B

目的为了探究保肝中药辨证疗法与西药恩替卡韦联合用药对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取2017年6月至2019年3月高密市人民医院收治的200例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病患的相关数据,随机分为对照组(口服恩替卡韦加异甘草酸镁)和治疗组(恩替卡韦联合保肝中药辨证疗法),每组均100例,两组观察期均为3个月,比较两组治疗前后病患血清不同指标的变化情况。结果比较两组病患碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)改善情况以及乙型肝炎E抗原(HBeAg)、乙肝病毒的脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)阴转情况,治疗组病患改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规西药治疗手段相比恩替卡韦联合保肝中药辨证疗法对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎具有更加理想的治疗效果,且药物起效快、不良反应少、预后佳,且药物之间没有抵触反应。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine for liver protection combined with western medicine entecavir on chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods According to the data of 200 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019,they were randomly divided into two groups:control group(oral entecavir combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate)and treatment group(entecavir combined with liver-protecting traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy).100 patients in each group were observed for 3 months,and the changes of serum indicators in the two groups were compared.Results Compared the improvement of ALP,ALT,AST and negative transformation of HBeAg and HBV-DNA between the two groups,the improvement of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir combined with traditional Chinese medicine for liver protection has more ideal therapeutic effect on chronic hepatitis B,and the drug has faster onset,less adverse reactions and better prognosis.
