Investigation of Glomerular Filtration Rate of the Aged Over 60’s in Shanghai Quyang Community

目的对虹口区曲阳社区60岁以上老年人进行肾功能筛查,初步摸索结合家庭医生服务模式下针对社区老年人开展慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)筛查,并进行管理、早期干预,探索规范的社区慢性病患者CKD健康管理方案。方法通过在单元门口张贴宣传告示的方式通知本社区所有60岁以上老年居民,按照自愿原则将报名参加调查的居民作为研究对象。完善相关信息资料和测血肌酐值,计算出肾小球滤过率(eGFR)并进行分析。结果共筛查居民3049人(包括男性1398人,女性1651人),按eGFR计算结果分为五组。对筛查居民的eGFR进行分析,呈现出性别差异和年龄差异,与是否患高血压病相关(P<0.01)。结论应加强CKD的科普宣传,特别是针对老年女性高血压病患者,提高居民们对CKD的认识。

Objective Renal function screening for the person over the age of 60 in Hongkou Quyang Community Health Service Center is first time to search chronic kidney disease(CKD)person screening combine with“family doctor service pattern”mode.Through early intervention&management to search the standard of CKD patient health management process.Method By paste official notice in the apartment to inform the resident whom over the 60’s.Following the principle of voluntariness to choose wiling residents as research subjects.All subjects information will be completed and do the blood creatinine measurement,then calculate eGFR and relevant analysis.Results Total 3049 subjects were screened(including 1398 males and 1651 females),Based on the result from eGFR divide to five group.Conclusions Analyze subjects based on eGFR found that sex and age linked to Hypertension(P<0.01).Drumbeating of chronic kidney disease should be strengthened specially for the female hypertensive patients to increasing the awareness of chronic kidney disease among the residents.
