哮喘患儿采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德的症状改善情况分析

Mprovement of Symptoms in Children With Asthma Treated with Montelukast Combined with Budesonide

目的探讨哮喘患儿的治疗中采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德的临床疗效及对患儿症状改善的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年3月杭州市江干区人民医院儿科进行治疗的66例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分为单独采用布地奈德治疗的对照组和采用布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗的实验组,对两组患儿的治疗效果、临床症状消退时间及肺功能指标进行观察评价。结果实验组患儿经过两者联合用药治疗后的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在喘息消退时间、咳嗽消退时间、喘鸣音消退时间等临床指标方面实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时实验组患者的肺功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘具有较好的临床疗效,并对患儿的临床症状消退时间及肺功能改善情况具有良好的促进作用,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Montelukast Combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthma in children and its effect on the improvement of symptoms.Methods 66 children with asthma who were treated in pediatrics department of Jianggan District People's Hospital of Hangzhou City from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups:control group treated with budesonide alone and experimental group treated with budesonide combined with montelukast.The clinical symptoms subsidence time and pulmonary function index were observed and evaluated.Results The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical indexes of wheezing subsidence time,cough subsidence time and wheezing subsidence time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes FVC,FEV1 and PEF of the two groups were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with montelukast has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of asthma in children,and has a good promoting effect on the time of clinical symptoms subsidence and the improvement of pulmonary function in children with asthma.
