肾康注射液治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD 3~4期)的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Shenkang Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease(Stage 3-4 Ckd)

目的观察肾康注射液治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD 3~4期)的临床疗效,延缓CKD进入终末期肾脏病的进程。方法20例(CKD 3~4期)患者基础治疗加肾康注射液60~80 mL静脉滴注,1次/d,治疗2周为一个疗程,根据患者情况治疗1~2个疗程,观察治疗前后患者临床症状、体征、肾小球滤过率、尿素氮、血肌酐的变化情况。结果患者治疗后尿素氮、血肌酐明显下降,eGFR升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率为80.00%,输注过程未见不良反应。结论肾康注射液可显著改善CKD3~4期患者临床症状,降低肌酐和尿素氮,提高肾小球滤过率,有效延缓了CKD进程。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of shenkang injection in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD stage 3-4),and to delay the progression of CKD into end-stage kidney disease.Methods 20 patients(stage 3-4 CKD)were treated with 60-80mL intravenous infusion of jiasenkang injection once a day for 2 weeks.The clinical symptoms,signs,glomerular filtration rate,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine before and after the treatment were observed.Results After treatment,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine decreased significantly,and eGFR increased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 80%,and no adverse reactions were observed during infusion.Conclusion Shenkang injection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CKD stage 3-4,reduce creatinine and urea nitrogen,improve the rate of glomerular filtration,and effectively delay the process of CKD.
