分泌性中耳炎伴腺样体肥大患儿不同方法治疗效果研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Different Methods for Children with Secretory Otitis Media and Adenoid Hypertrophy

目的分析分泌性中耳炎伴腺样体肥大患儿不同方法治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年5月聊城市人民医院收治的140例分泌性中耳炎伴腺样体肥大患儿。按照选用治疗方法的不同,将患儿分别纳入治疗Ⅰ组以及治疗Ⅱ组,在腺样体切除治疗基础上分别实施鼓膜穿刺术以及鼓膜置管术,对比两组患儿各项临床指标。结果治疗后,治疗Ⅱ组患儿所获治疗总有效率高于治疗Ⅰ组;治疗Ⅱ组患儿的复发率低于治疗Ⅰ组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分泌性中耳炎伴腺样体肥大患儿应用鼓膜置管配合腺样体切除获得的效果更加理想,能帮助患儿减少复发,提高各项指标的改善效率。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of different methods in children with secretory otitis media and adenoid hypertrophy.Methods A total of 140 children with secretory otitis media and adenoid hypertrophy admitted to the People's Hospital of Liaocheng from January 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled.According to the different treatment methods,the children were included in the treatment group Ⅰ and the treatment group Ⅱ.The tympanostomy and tympanic membrane catheterization were performed on the basis of adenoidectomy,and the clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in group Ⅱ was higher than that in group Ⅰ.The recurrence rate of group Ⅱ was lower than that of group Ⅰ.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of tympanic membrane placement combined with adenoidectomy in patients with secretory otitis media and adenoid hypertrophy is more ideal,which can help children reduce recurrence and improve the efficiency of various indicators.
