缬沙坦联合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果

Clinical Effect on Valsartan and Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension and Coronary heart Disease

目的探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月通州区潞城社区卫生服务中心的86例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和血脂变化以及治疗效果。观察患者治疗期间头痛、心悸、恶心、腹痛和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平等不良反应情况。结果两组治疗前血压和血脂各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SBP和DBP均明显低于本组治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(93.0%)明显高于对照组(79.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为9.3%,对照组为6.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者,降压降脂效果更明显。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect on Valsartan and Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods During June 2017 to June 2018,86 cases of hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital were collected,divided into study group and control group.Control group was treated with Valsartan,study group on the base of control was treated with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets.Blood pressure and blood lipid levels were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between study group and control group(P>0.05);after treatment,compared to control group,SBP and DBP decreased significantly in study group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 93.0%in study group,it was higher significantly than that in control group(79.1%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood lipid level between study group and control group(P>0.05);after treatment,compared to control group,TC,TG and LDL-C levels decreased significantly,HDL-C level increased significantly in study group(P<0.05).Adverse reaction was 9.3% of study group,that was 6.9% of control group,there was no significant difference between study group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Valsartan and Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,the effect of blood pressure lowering lipid is more obvious.
