Effect of Noninvasive Ventilator in Treatment of Patients with Acute Heart Failure and Respiratory Failure in ICU

目的分析无创呼吸机在ICU急性心力衰竭(AHF)合并呼吸衰竭(RF)中的治疗效果。方法选取2015年6月至2017年12月北京市仁和医院ICU科收治的68例AHF合并RF患者,将其随机分为两组:常规治疗34例作为对照组,无创呼吸机治疗34例作为试验组。观察比较两组临床疗效。结果试验组治疗有效33例(97.05%),高于对照组的27例(79.4%);并发症发生3例(8.8%),低于对照组的11例(32.3%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗ICU内AHF合并RF患者疗效确切,能改善血气指标、减少并发症。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of noninvasive ventilator on acute heart failure(AHF)combined with respiratory failure(RF)in ICU.Methods Sixty-eight patients with AHF and RF admitted to ICU Department of our hospital were enrolled from June 2015 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(34 cases)were given routine treatment,and experimental group(34 cases)were given non-invasive ventilator treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,33 cases(97.05%)were effective,which was higher than 27 cases(79.4%)of the control group.Complications occurred in 3 cases(8.8%),which was significantly lower than that in 11 cases(32.3%)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator is effective in treating AHF patients with RF in ICU,which can improve blood gas index and reduce complications.
