中医与心理疏导治疗男性性功能障碍120例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 120 Cases of Male Sexual Dysfunction Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Psychological Counseling

目的观察中医与心理疏导治疗性功能障碍的疗效,以促进今后医疗服务质量的提升。方法选取贵州省石阡县中医医院门诊患者120例,随机分中医组和中医配合心理疏导组,中医组采取常规疗法;中医配合心理疏导组采用自拟益肾汤再配合心理疏导进行治疗,观察对比两组治疗效果。结果经治疗后对比单纯中医组治疗有效率61.67%,中医配合心理疏导组有效率91.67%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医益肾汤配合心理疏导可提高阴茎的勃起硬度,防止早泄,延长同房时间。

Objective To observe the curative effect of TCM and psychotherapy in treating sexual dysfunction in order to promote the quality of medical service in the future.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were selected,randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine group with psychological counseling group.The traditional Chinese medicine group adopts conventional therapy;The Chinese medicine group cooperated with the psychological counseling group to use self-designed kidney soup to cooperate with the psychological counseling for treatment and observe and compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,61.67% of the treatment efficiency was compared with that of the simple Chinese medicine group,and 91.67% was effective in the Chinese medicine group with psychological counseling group.The relevant differences were more obvious and there was statistical significance,The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine tonifying the kidney soup with psychological counseling can increase the erection hardness of the penis,prevent premature ejaculation,and extend the same room time.
