抗高血压药物的合理使用指导对高血压的疗效探析

Effect of Guidance on Rational Use of Antihypertensive Drugs for Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨抗高血压药物的合理使用指导对高血压的治疗效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年1月在潍坊市中医院接受治疗的88例高血压患者,按随机数字表分为两组,每组44例。对照组采取常规药物治疗,实验组则采取抗高血压药物的合理使用指导。比较两组临床疗效、抗高血压药物作用机理及合理使用认知水平、血压达标时间、治疗前后患者血压水平、心率情况、不良反应。结果实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(93.18%vs.68.18%,P<0.05)。治疗后实验组血压水平、心率、血压达标时间及不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),抗高血压药物作用机理认知及合理使用认知水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论抗高血压药物的合理使用指导对于控制高血压的效果理想。

Objective To explore the effect of guidance on rational use of antihypertensive drugs for patients with hypertension.Methods 88 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled and divided into 2 groups according to a random number table,44 per group.The control group was treated with routine medication,while the experimental group was guided by rational use of antihypertensive drugs.The clinical effects,cognitive levels of antihypertensive drugs'action mechanism and rational use,time of blood pressure reaching the standard,blood pressure level and heart rate before and after treatment,as well as adverse effects in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.18% vs.68.18%,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the blood pressure level,heart rate,time of blood pressure reaching the standard,and adverse effects in the experimental group were decreased(P<0.05),while the cognitive levels of antihypertensive drugs'action mechanism and rational use were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The guidance on rational use of antihypertensive drugs is effective for controlling hypertension.
