食品中金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性和mecA基因的检测分析

摘要 目的分析食品中金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性和mecA基因的检测情况。方法选取2018年1月至12月四川省阿坝州疾病预防控制中心收集的94株金黄色葡球菌菌株开展研究,来源为送检食品样本中分离所得。开展金黄色葡球菌耐药性以及mecA基因检测,分析结果。结果MRSA共计66株,64株存在mecA基因。所占比为96.97%。2株MRSA经分离后未能测定出mecA基因。MSSA共计28株。有6株携带mecA基因。分别为耐药E类2株,耐药F类4株。敏感性较高的A、B、C、D菌株没有检测到mecA基因。对MSSA以及MRSA携带mecA基因数据开展X2检验,组间数据存在明显差异(P<0.05)。MSSA内共计6类药物敏感型,A类4株MSSA对全部抗菌药敏感。66株MRSA分为GHI三类。对于左氧氟沙星、万古霉素、替考拉宁以及万古霉素敏感2株。对于万古霉素、替考拉宁敏感共计4株。仅有6株除万古霉素以及替考拉宁外药物敏感。结论绝大部分的MRSA均带有mecA基因。该类型基因在金黄色葡球菌耐药机制内发挥了不可替代的效用。且携带该类型基因的MSSA耐药性比不携带该类型基因MSSA更为严重。 Objective To analyze the drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus and mecA gene detection in food.Methods A total of 94 strains of staphylococcus aureus strains collected by CDC from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected for research,and the source was food samples sent for inspection.The drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus and mecA gene detection were carried out,and the results were analyzed.Results There were 66 MRSA strains in total,and 64 MRSA strains had mecA gene.The proportion was 96.97%.MecA gene was not detected in 2 strains of MRSA after isolation.The total number of MSSA strains was 28.Six of them carry mecA.Two strains were resistant to drug E and four strains were resistant to drug.MecA genes were not detected in strains A,B,C and D with high sensitivity.X2 test was conducted on MSSA and MRSA mecA gene data,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).There were 6 types of drug sensitive types in MSSA,and 4 strains of MSSA in class A were sensitive to all antimicrobial drugs.Sixty-six strains of MRSA were divided into three classes of GHI.Two strains were sensitive to levofloxacin,vancomycin,tekalanine and vancomycin.Four strains were sensitive to vancomycin and teicolanine.Only 6 strains were sensitive to drugs other than vancomycin and tetrandrine.Conclusion Most MRSA contains mecA gene.This type of gene plays an irreplaceable role in the drug resistance mechanism of staphylococcus aureus.Moreover,the drug resistance of MSSA carrying this type of gene is more serious than that of MSSA without this type of gene.
