阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的对比曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀对冠心病的治疗效果。方法选取淮滨县中医院160例资料完整的冠心病患者作为研究对象,将患者依照治疗顺序分为两组。对照组应用曲美他嗪单独治疗,观察组应用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗。对比两组患者治疗有效率和治疗前后的心功能指标。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比分析两组患者在接受治疗后,观察组患者心脏功能改善效果有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病可显著改善患者的心功能指标,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To compare the effect of trimetazidine and atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 160 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.The control group was treated with trimetazidine alone and the observation group with trimetazidine combined with Atorvastatin.The effective rate of treatment and cardiac function before and after treatment were determined as comparative items in this study.Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effect of cardiac function improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients,improve the efficiency of treatment.
