曲安奈德联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果及对细胞因子的影响

Effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Combined with Loratadine on Allergic Rhinitis and its Effect on Cytokines

目的观察曲安奈德喷雾剂联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果及对细胞因子的影响。方法从2018年1月至2018年10月收治的过敏性鼻炎患者中选取92例进行研究,随机分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组采用氯雷他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加曲安奈德。观察对比两组疗效及细胞因子水平、复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,明显较高于对照组78.26%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、y-干扰素(IFN-y)水平与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);随访6个月,观察组复发率为4.35%,明显低于对照组26.09%(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎效果优于氯雷他定担忧,可改善患者细胞因子水平,对复发有一定预防作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its effect on cytokines.Methods A total of 92 patients from allergic rhinitis admitted from January 2018 to October 2018 were selected for study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases each.The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was given triamcinolone acetonide on the basis of the control group.The curative effect and cytokine levels and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.26%(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and interferon-y(IFN-y)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 26.09%(P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with loratadine is better than loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which can improve the level of cytokines and prevent recurrence.
