摘要
骨髓瘤是指起源于骨髓造血组织的恶性肿瘤,可以是孤立性,由于骨髓瘤可引起多发性骨损害,故临床上也常称其为多发性骨髓瘤。由于多发性骨髓瘤发病机制尚未完全明确,预后极差,所以目前该病的临床治疗和诊断一直是个难题。
Myeloma refers to malignant tumor originating from hematopoietic tissue of bone marrow,which can be isolated.As myeloma can cause multiple bone damage,it is also commonly referred to as multiple myeloma clinically.Because the pathogenesis of multiple myeloma is not completely clear and the prognosis is very poor,the clinical treatment and diagnosis of the disease have been a difficult problem.
