健康教育在慢性支气管炎患者护理中的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Health Education in Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的分析慢性支气管炎患者在临床护理中通过开展健康教育的应用效果。方法对照组于治疗期间配合常规护理,观察组在该基础上开展健康教育。结果观察组并发症率为3.13%,显著低于对照组(15.63%,P<0.05);观察组随访期间复发率为0.00%,显著低于对照组(12.50%,P<0.05)。结论通过在慢性支气管炎患者的临床护理过程中开展健康教育有助于降低其并发症率及复发风险。

Objective To analyze the application effect of health education in patients with chronic bronchitis during clinical nursing.Methods The control group was combined with routine nursing during the treatment period,and the observation group carried out health education on the basis.Results The complication rate was 3.13% in the observation group and 15.63% in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 0.00% in the observation group and 12.50% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education through clinical nursing in patients with chronic bronchitis can help reduce the risk of complications and recurrence.
