细节护理对手术室护理质量及患者满意度的影响

Effect of Detail Nursing on Nursing Quality and Patient Satisfaction in Operation Room

目的观察细节护理对手术室护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法选取2016年5月到2018年4月北京大学第一医院收治的200例患者作为观察对象。平均分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用细节护理,比较两组患者对护理的满意度以及护理总有效率。结果观察组护理评分和患者对护理的满意度均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论细节护理能够提高手术室护理质量,以及护理效果,增加患者对护理工作的满意程度。

Objective To observe the effect of detail nursing on nursing quality and patient satisfaction in operating room.Methods Totally 200 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were selected as observation objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given detailed nursing.The satisfaction of the two groups and the total effective rate of nursing were compared.Results The nursing score and patients'satisfaction rate with nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing can improve the quality and effect of nursing in operating room,and increase patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
