肛裂切除黏膜下移术治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效

Effect of Anal Fissure Resection and Submucosal Removal for the Treatment of Old Anal Fissure

目的观察陈旧性肛裂患者以肛裂切除黏膜下移术进行治疗的效果。方法选取鄂尔多斯市中心医院2017年8月至2018年10月接诊的80例陈旧性肛裂患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组以常规方案展开手术,观察组以肛裂切除黏膜下移术进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果结合对两组疼痛消失用时、水肿消失用时、渗液消失用时以及创面愈合时间进行统计,观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肛裂切除黏膜下移术治疗陈旧性肛裂患者,可有效提高治疗效果,有助于患者恢复。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive effect of anal fissure resection and mucosal downshift in patients with old anal fissure.Methods A total of 80 cases of old anal fissure patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was operated on the routine plan,and the observation group was treated by excision of anal fissure and mucosal depression,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Combined with the time of pain disappearance,edema disappearance,percolation disappearance and wound healing time in the two groups,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of old anal fissure by excision of mucous membrane can effectively improve the curative effect and help the recovery of the patient.
