摘要
目的观察恒温逐量间断洗胃法治疗有机磷农药中毒的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年9月至2018年9月贺州市中医医院收治的90例有机磷农药中毒患者,患者分为实验组和对照组,各45例。对照组应用常规洗胃法治疗,实验组给予恒温逐量间断洗胃法治疗,观察比较两组阿托品用量、达阿托品化时间、并发症发生率、临床指标差异。结果实验组阿托品用量(1312.49±247.09)mg、达阿托品化时间(9.12±2.01)h较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为6.66%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组机械通气时间(1.71±0.52)d、昏迷清醒时间(1.51±0.63)d、胆碱酯酶恢复时间(3.32±0.57)d,与对照组比较明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论针对有机磷农药中毒患者应用恒温逐量间断洗胃法可降低阿托品用量,缩短治疗时间,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复。
Objective To observe the effect of constant temperature and intermittent gastric lavage on organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods Ninety patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2018 were randomly divided into groups.The control group was treated with conventional gastric lavage,and the experimental group was treated with constant temperature and intermittent gastric lavage.The difference between atropine dosage,datropine time,complication rate and clinical index was observed.Results The dosage of atropine(1312.49±247.09)mg and datotropine(9.12±2.01)h in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 6.66%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in experimental group was 6.66%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In experimental group,mechanical ventilation time(1.71±0.52)d,coma awake time(1.51±0.63)d,cholinesterase recovery time(3.32±0.57)d,significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of constant temperature and intermittent intermittent gastric lavage in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can reduce the dosage of atropine,shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
