欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage Due to Uterine Atony

目的观察欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法选取广西崇左市天等县妇幼保健院2016年12月至2018年12月收治的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者70例,分为两组,每组35例。对照组患者给予缩宫素,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以欣母沛。观察分析临床疗效差异。结果观察组术后不同时期出血量均显著低于对照组,治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血临床效果优于普通缩宫素,可显著降低产妇后出血量与产后出血发生率,缩短治疗时间,避免不良反应风险。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in treating postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,70 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony were divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given oxytocin and the patients in the observation group were given Carboprost Tromethamine Injection on the basis of the control group.To observe and analyze the difference of clinical curative effect.Results The blood loss in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ordinary oxytocin,Carboprost Tromethamine Injection has more significant clinical effect on postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony.It can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding after operation,shorten the treatment time and avoid the risk of adverse reactions.
