Prevention and Management of Complications of Percutaneous Nephrostolit hotomy

目的探讨研究经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)并发症及相应的防治措施,提高该手术方式的安全性。方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2018年10月在安徽省肿瘤医院行经皮肾镜碎石治疗的680例患者的临床资料。分析和讨论手术出现的并发症及防治措施。结果680例患者,共行721例手术,术中、术后共出现并发症119例(16.50%)。一例患者因感染性休克死亡,余患者均治愈出院。结论术前评估病情、有效的防治措施严密观察术中术后病情变化并及时处理是提高PCNL安全性的关键。

Objective To evaluate the complication in percutaneous nephrostolithotomy(PCNL)and effective management to deal with it.To improve the security of the opetation mode.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 680 cases from June2016 to October2018 in our hospital underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients.Analyze and discuss the complications and preventive measures of operation.Results Among 216 patients with 721 cases of operation,complications during operation or postoperative were found in 119 cases(16.50%).One patient died of infective shock,the other patients were cured by active treatment.Conclusion Preoperative evaluation condition,ready,clear and effective prevention measures,close observation and timely treatment,are the keys to improve the security of PCNL.
