探究柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗肿瘤后抑郁的临床疗效

To Explore the Clinical Efficacy of Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster Decoction in the Treatment of Post-cancer Depression

目的就临床肿瘤后抑郁的治疗过程中,针对运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减法的效果展开研究分析。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月本市某医院医治的肿瘤后抑郁患者108例当做本次研究的样本,按照患者入院的先后顺序对其展开分组,前54例患者进行草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗为对比组,后54例患者进行柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减口服中药治疗为试验组。结果治疗后试验组患者的HAMD评分显著比对比组低(P<0.05)。结论将柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减口服中药疗法科学运用在肿瘤后抑郁的治疗过程中,可让患者的抑郁症状得到明显的好转。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster Decoction in the treatment of postneoplastic depression.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,108 patients with post-cancer depression treated in our hospital were randomly selected as the samples for this study.The first 54 patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The first 54 patients were treated with escitalopram oxalate tablets as the control group,and the last 54 patients were treated with Bupleurum and Longgu Oyster Decoction plus or subtracted oral Chinese herbal medicine as the experimental group.Results After treatment,HAMD score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bupleurum and Longgu Oyster Decoction can improve the depressive symptoms of patients with posttumour depression.
