厄贝沙坦胶囊联合黄葵胶囊消除慢性肾炎蛋白尿的疗效

Effect of Irbesartan Capsule and Huangkui Capsule on Eliminating Proteinuria in Chronic Nephritis

目的观察厄贝沙坦胶囊联合黄葵胶囊消除慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法选取贵州省开阳县中西医结合医院2017年2月至2018年3月接诊治疗的慢性肾炎患者102例,采用随机数字表法将其分成实验组与对照组,各51例。实验组患者予以厄贝沙坦胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗,对照组患者予以黄葵胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、24 h蛋白尿定量、血肌酐等指标改善情况。结果经不同药物治疗后,实验组患者临床治疗效果、24 h蛋白尿定量、血肌酐等指标改善情况与对照组患者临床指标数据进行就比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾炎采用厄贝沙坦胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗,可以有效改善患者尿蛋白水平,提高临床治疗效果,促进患者康复。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of irbesartan capsule combined with Huangkui capsule in eliminating proteinuria in chronic nephritis.Methods From February 2017 to March 2018,102 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,51 cases each.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Irbesartan capsule and Huangkui capsule,while those in the control group were treated with Huangkui capsule.The clinical therapeutic effect,the quantitative analysis of 24 hour proteinuria and the improvement of serum creatinine were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment with different drugs,the clinical efficacy,24 h proteinuria quantification,serum creatinine and other indicators of the experimental group were compared with the clinical indicators of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan capsule combined with Huangkui capsule can effectively improve the level of urinary protein in patients with chronic nephritis,improve the clinical therapeutic effect and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
