Application of Flow Cytometry in Hematological Diseases

目的探讨流式细胞术在血液系统疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月至2018年9月黔东南州人民医院确诊的125例血液系统疾病患者。所有患者均行流式细胞术,并采用常规FAB法进行鉴别诊断。比较流式细胞术和常规FAB法对各类血液系统疾病的鉴别诊断准确率,同时分析两者对不同类型白血病的鉴别诊断准确率。结果流式细胞术对血液系统鉴别诊断准确率(96.8%)显著高于常规FAB法(78.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。流式细胞术对各类型白血病鉴别诊断准确率(94.67%)显著高于常规FAB法(81.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流式细胞术对于多种血液系统疾病诊断准确性较高,且对白血病鉴别诊断价值较高,临床应用高效可靠。

Objective To explore the application value of flow cytometry in hematological diseases.Methods A total of 125 patients with hematological diseases diagnosed in our hospital from December 2017 to September 2018 were selected.All patients were detected by flow cytometry,and conventional FAB was used for differential diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy of flow cytometry and FAB in different types of hematological diseases was compared,and the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods for different types of leukemia analyzed.Results The accuracy of flow cytometry in differential diagnosis of blood system(96.8%)was significantly higher than that of FAB(78.4%)with statistical significance(P<0.05).The accuracy of flow cytometry in differential diagnosis of various types of leukemia(94.67%)was significantly higher than that of FAB(81.33%)with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Flow cytometry has high diagnostic accuracy for many kinds of hematological diseases and high value for differential diagnosis of leukemia.It is highly effective and reliable in clinical application.
