上呼吸道感染患儿的麻醉相关进展研究

Progress in Anesthesia in Children with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

上呼吸道感染属于小儿常见的疾病之一,据不完全统计,小儿平均每年会经历6次上呼吸道感染。小儿上呼吸道感染时麻醉风险大大增加,严重会造成小儿气道高反应性、缺氧发作、气道分泌物增多、支气管痉挛、喉痉挛、憋气等情况的出现,甚至会造成上呼吸道感染患儿在手术后死亡,临床中针对上呼吸道感染患儿是否取消或推迟手术尚无统一意见。本文根据近几年的相关文献分析上呼吸道感染患儿的生理与病理变化、危险因素以及手术前的评估和麻醉管理等,探讨上呼吸道感染患儿的麻醉中的相关情况。

Upper respiratory tract infection is one of the common diseases in children.According to incomplete statistics,children experience an average of 6 upper respiratory tract infections per year.The risk of anesthesia is greatly increased in children with upper respiratory tract infections,which may cause high airway hyperresponsiveness,hypoxic episodes,increased airway secretions,bronchospasm,throat,hernia,etc.,and may even cause death after surgery.There is no clear opinion in the clinic about whether to cancel or postpone surgery for children with upper respiratory tract infection.This article mainly analyzes the physiological and pathological changes,risk factors,preoperative assessment and anesthesia management of children with upper respiratory tract infection in recent years,and discusses the related conditions in the anesthesia of children with upper respiratory tract infection.The report is as follows.
