综合治疗妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响研究

Effect of Comprehensive Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on Pregnancy Outcome

目的观察妊娠期糖尿病患者采取综合治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取江苏省常州市金坛区人民医院2017年1月至2018年12月接收的72例妊娠期糖尿病患者,以入院先后时间分成对照组和研究组,各36例,对照组给予单一的胰岛素皮下注射治疗,研究组给予综合治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果研究组不同时间血糖值均低于对照组,研究组与对照组妊娠状况与新生儿结局比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病治疗期间,通过综合治疗不仅可以平稳血糖处于正常范围内,同时有助于母婴结局的改善。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive treatment on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Selection in our hospital between January 2017 and December 2018,received 72 cases of gestational diabetes patients,in hospital time were divided into control group and the team,all the 36 cases,control group given a single subcutaneous injection of insulin therapy,the team gives comprehensive treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The blood glucose values in the study group were lower than those in the control group at different times,and the difference in pregnancy status and neonatal outcome between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,comprehensive treatment can not only stabilize blood glucose within the normal range,but also contribute to the improvement of maternal and infant outcomes.
