口腔正畸结合修复治疗错伴牙列缺损的效果及对患者满意度影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Orthodontic Treatment Combined with Dental Malocclusion and Its Effect on Patient Satisfaction

目的观察在错伴牙列缺损患者的临床修复治疗当中,将口腔正畸与修复治疗进行结合应用的实际效果。方法选取山东省枣庄市口腔医院2018年1月至11月收治的300例错伴牙列缺损患者为研究对象,将其随机均分为对照组与观察组,各150例。对照组患者接受常规方式治疗,观察组患者则接受口腔正畸与修复治疗联合干预,对两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗满意度情况进行比较。结果观察组患者的治疗效果远好于对照组,且满意度情况更好,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对错伴牙列缺损患者的临床治疗而言,将修复治疗与口腔正畸相结合的效果较好,患者满意度较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combining orthodontic treatment with prosthodontic treatment in the clinical prosthodontic treatment of patients with malocclusion and dentition defect.Methods A total of 300 patients with false dentition defect admitted and treated in our hospital from January to November 2018 were selected as related objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,150 cases each.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,while patients in the observation group received the combined intervention of orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment.The treatment effect and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was much better than that of the control group,and the satisfaction was better.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical treatment of patients with malocclusion and dentition defect,the combination of prosthodontic treatment and orthodontic treatment is effective and satisfactory.
