舒适护理模式在血液透析患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfort Nursing Mode in Nursing of Hemodialysis Patients

目的观察在血液透析患者护理中应用舒适护理模式的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月惠东县人民医院内科收治的120例血液透析患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为常规组和舒适组,各60例。常规组实施常规护理,舒适组实施舒适护理模式干预,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果舒适组护理后生理舒适度评分显著高于常规组;SAS、SDS评分显著低于常规组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。舒适组并发症发生率为1.67%,显著低于常规组(11.67%,P<0.05)。结论在血液透析患者护理中应用舒适护理模式可改善负面情绪,减少并发症,改善生理舒适度。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing mode in the nursing of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 120 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to the internal medicine department of our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the conventional group and the comfort group,with 60 cases in each group.In the conventional group,routine care was perform,and in the comfort group,the comfort care mode intervention was performed.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The physiological comfort score of comfort group was significantly higher than that of conventional group.SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the comfort group was 1.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(11.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing mode in hemodialysis patients can improve negative emotions,reduce complications and improve physiological comfort.
