基于学习负荷调查之教与学的探讨

On Developing Studies and Teaching Through Workload-Assessment

学习负荷调查是用于测定学生为了完成课业和学业任务所花费全部相关学习时间的工具。除了使用定量分析工具(问卷调查、学习负荷应用程序),还可以使用定性分析方法(学习日记、学习负荷曲线)。目前对学习负荷的研究表明,仅仅单纯测量学习时间对改进专业的办学质量几乎不能提供任何实质性依据。因此,教师和学生应在客观数据的基础上,认识到学习负荷这一主题对构建和规划专业以及影响学生能力发展的重要性。此外,学习负荷调查工具在单纯的统计学习时间功能以外还具有其他潜力。

Workload surveys are used as a tool to determine students’ workload so as to process the required coursework. In addition to quantitative instruments(questionnaires),qualitative methods(learning diary,workload curve,workload app) can also be used. The current state of research on workload makes it clear that the measurement of pure workload hardly provides any substantive evidence for the improvement of study programs. The sensitization of teachers and students to the topic of workload on the basis of objectified data is therefore an important element for the design and planning of study courses,as well as the competence development among students. The potentials of workload instruments beyond the measurement of student workload are shown in the article.
