摘要
不同的大学学习形式,例如非全日制学习、在职学习和远程学习是高等教育研究中的重要课题。本文旨在探讨不同学习形式下的学业、教学和学习的特殊性,并详细介绍一项在德国进行的关于全日制学习形式和在职学习形式下学习方法和学习行为比较的实证调查研究。调查显示,多样化的学习形式、学生群体和学习行为都使教学人员面临极大挑战。德国高等教育中的传统机制,如高校类型的区分、认证和资助都必须适应这些新的学习形式和新出现的多元化学生群体。
Different study program forms like part-time study,study programs during professional occupations and distance learning programs are an important topic of higher education research.This article addresses the study,didactics and learning specifics of such study forms.Specific details of an empirical survey in Germany regarding the comparison of learning approaches and learning behavior in the study forms of full-time study and study programs in parallel to professional occupations are presented.Teaching personnel is challenged with these changes due to diversified study forms,student groups and learning behavior.Traditional setups in German higher education like institutional division,accreditation and funding have to be adapted to such new study forms and the new diverse students.
